The diploma thesis aims the attention on reduction diets at pupils at choosing school. The teoretical part describe the development of the pubety age, the accurate regime according to the pupils' proces, the types of reduction diets, the alternative food and the following motion aktivity. The thesis deals with the illneses, which can be caused by reduction diets, which are kept quite often. We will focus on the concept of suffering in the theology of John Paul II., especially his messages during the Days of the sick in this dissertation "Sickness and sick people in the messages of saint John Paul II. for the Worlds days of the Sick". Firstly we have to describe sickness in catholic theology to understand this topic better. We will continue further with the analysis of messages during the Days of the Sick under the pontificate of saint John Paul II. This in consideration of his other texts (especially the apostolic letter Salvifici doloris), John Paul's attitude towards the way sickness and the sick are viewed in different cultures, as well as his position on various kinds of suffering, will be streamlined and characterized in this work. We will also allow for the sickness in the life on John's Paul II. which particularly influenced his main view on sick people and we will also take into account his other writings.

Sickness unto Death or for the Glory of God? A Biblical View of Sickness. The thesis deals with the theme of sickness in Biblical texts. It examines the causes presupposed by the Biblical author and studies various approaches to sickness present in Biblical texts. While being devoted especially to the Old Testament, the thesis also includes some examples from the New Testament which have common points with the Old Testament understanding or develop further the Old Testament mind. Part One of the thesis defines the extent of area under research. It defines the notion of sickness as well as presenting the description of various kinds of sicknes and terminological analysis. Part Two deals with sickness in the life of the people of God, making research into the causes of sickness and its existence on the sacred as well as profane levels. Part Three discusses sickness as it takes shape in human life. It does not avoid themes like: response to sickness, the question of healing, and the relation of sickness to death.

The thesis deals with kinds of love, their classification and characteristics. Another topic is euthanasia, its classification and arguments in favour of/against its legalisation. The basic aim of the thesis is to describe these concepts and to try to find a connection between them, to try to answer the question whether love can be argument for euthanasia, and if it can, then why.It tries to find possibilities and ways of action motivated by love, using cases already published of terminally ill people. It searches for the benefits of these findings for the work of a social worker.
